2 weeks notice of cancellation for parties are subject to £50 admin fee.
1-2 weeks notice of cancellation for parties are subject to £100.00 admin / late cancellation fee.
1 week – 48 hours notice of cancellation for parties full deposit retained.
If party numbers reduce 1 week – 48 hours prior to booking full deposit will be retained and full balance due for remaining attendees.
Final numbers due 48 hours prior to party booking. If numbers reduce after this period full payment is still required for numbers book.

24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we can move your booking date with no additional fee.
